Individual and Group Psychotherapy

I offer individual therapy in-person in the Fremont neighborhood in Seattle, as well as telehealth therapy to residents of Washington state.  Appointment availability permitting, I am flexible with our pre-arranged format.

Group psychotherapy is available by arrangement -- typically announced here as well as on other platforms -- for closed group sessions.

Licensure supervision

I have provided clinical supervision for over 15 years, including licensure supervision to Social Workers and Mental Health Counselors for over 7 years.  If you are a post-Masters clinician seeking this service, feel free to contact me about availability and other details.

Rates

* I currently accept Kaiser, Premera, Cigna/Evernorth, United Healthcare UHC/UBH, and PacificSource insurance plans.

* Private Pay (out of network) accepted

* Individual therapy: $150 per 55 min session
* Group therapy: $125 per 55 min session
* Sliding scale available with income verification and 
   appointment availability

* Licensure supervision: $100 - $150 per 55 min session

* All major credit cards, Venmo, ACH bank transfers
   accepted
